RHONDA MCCOY came to visit Max, the tiny Chihuahua that recently had open heart surgery at UT Knoxville. Her daughter, Ashlyn, fell in love with Bubby, a 1-year-old, seven-pound, Chihuahua. And Bubby reciprocated.  Ashlyn reviewed Bubby's veterinary records, completed the adoption process, and posed with Bubby and Rhonda for a new beginnings pictures. Rhonda is still interested in adopting Max when he is cleared for adoption, after a 12/20 follow up echocardiogram at UTK. more
Twelve Bradley County Sheriff Office’s employees who graduated from college were honored for their academic achievements. Sheriff Eric Watson held a ceremony inside the Community Room at the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office last week to celebrate their accomplishments. The names of each graduate were read aloud by Lt.
