Sandra Jo (Nipper) Ratledge age 69 of Cleveland passed away Monday, Feb 19, 2018 at her residence after an extended illness. A native of McMinn County and a resident of Cleveland since 1971, she was the daughter of the late Tommy and Beulah Cline Nipper. She graduated from McMinn County High School and held a BA from Tennessee Wesleyan College and a Master's of Education from the University of Tennessee. She was a member of Big Spring  United Methodist Church and was a retired school teacher from Cleveland City School System.
