LEGAL PUBLICATION REQUEST FOR BIDS The City of Cleveland will accept sealed bids until 11:00 A.M. local time, Wednesday, July 11, 2012, for uniforms for the Public Works and Parks & Recreation Department at the City of Cleveland per the specifications and requirements. The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any/and or all proposals, to waive any formalities and informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland. Bid Specifications for uniform bids may be obtained from the City Purchasing Department, Melinda B. Carroll, Assistant City Manager, at the Cleveland Municipal Building Annex, 160 Second Street, N.E., Cleveland, Tennessee. All Bids must be sealed and plainly marked Uniforms Public Works and Parks & Recreation. The Assistant City Manager, until 11:00 A.M., EST, Wednesday, July 11, 2012 will receive sealed bids at the Cleveland Municipal Building Annex, 160 Second Street, Cleveland, Tennessee 37311.
