Customer Service Representative Description: Call Assistant handles customer relations inquiries and problems via telephone. May respond to email inquiries from internal and external customers. Customer relations are the primary function, but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services. Calls are basic and routine. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/ or troubleshooting. May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff. All applicants must be able to work any hours between 8am and 8pm Monday through Friday. We offer a comprehensive 4 week training program that requires perfect attendance. Upon successful completion of training your schedule will change. Candidates must be available to work a 40 hour work week. QUALIFICATIONS: One year customer service experience Call center experience a plus Ability to multi task Excellent verbal and written communication Intermediate computer skills and Windows experience Strong problem solving ability Requirements: High school diploma or GED Must be willing to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Keyboard proficiency (35 words per minute) Must be available to work any hours between 8am-8pm Benefits: Holiday pay Group benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability) The dress code is business casual.
