LEGAL PUBLICATION NOTICE TO BID Habitat for Humanity of Cleveland will accept sealed bids until 4:00 PM local time, Monday, Sept. 10, 2012 for Site Development of the Victory Cove subdivision in accordance with the Invitation to Bid package. Habitat reserves the right to reject any/or all bids, to wave any formalities and informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal which in its opinion may be in the best interest of Habitat of Cleveland. The Invitation to Bid package may be obtained from the Habitat of Cleveland office located at 300 Grove Ave. SW, Cleveland, TN 37311. The package will be available on Friday, August 24, 2012, and interested Contractors should notify Habitat of their interest in bidding on or before August 17, 2012. All bids must be sealed and plainly marked Habitat Victory Cove Site Package.
