LEGAL PUBLICATION SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEES SALE WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by a Deed of Trust executed on February 15, 2008, by John D Kaiser and Penny S Kaiser to Robert M. Wilson, Jr., Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB and appearing of record in Registers Office of Bradley County, Tennessee, in Book 1815, Page 755; and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP and WHEREAS, Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, as the holder of the Note for which debt is owed, (Note Holder), appointed the undersigned, Nationwide Trustee Services, Inc., as Substitute Trustee by instrument filed or to be filed for record in the Registers Office of Bradley County, Tennessee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Tenn.
