LEGAL PUBLICATION INVITATION TO BID CLEVELAND UTILITIES
LEGAL PUBLICATION INVITATION TO BID CLEVELAND UTILITIES will be accepting bids for janitorial cleaning services. The following facilities will be included: electric division offices, water division offices, construction/maintenance buildings and Tom Wheeler Training Center. The bid shall be for a three year period beginning January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2015. CLEVELAND UTILITIES will furnish paper towels, toiletries and soap, while all other supplies and equipment necessary for janitorial cleaning will be furnished by the company receiving the bid. A copy of insurance coverage for bodily injury, property damage, workers compensation and general liability should be enclosed with the bid. Interested bidders may obtain a copy of the janitorial specifications by contacting Tim Henderson by telephone at (423) 478-9306 or Jamie Creekmore at (423) 478-9342. A physical walk through of the facilities is required. Bids should be returned to CLEVELAND UTILITIES, P.O. Box 2730, Cleveland, TN 37320-2730, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, in a sealed envelope marked Janitorial Bid BID NO EE-1212-1. Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. in Cleveland Utilities Tom Wheeler Training Center, located at 2455 Guthrie Drive, Cleveland, TN 37311.
