LEGAL PUBLICATION NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated November 19, 1997, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded November 25, 1997, at Book 658, Page 379 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Bradley County, Tennessee, executed by Ralph Blackwell a/k/a Ralph Edward Blackwell and Barbara Blackwell, conveying certain property therein described to D.W. McMackin of Davidson County as Trustee for Ford Consumer Loan Corporation; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee. NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee will, on March 18, 2013 on or about 3:30 P.M., at the Bradley County Courthouse, Cleveland, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR CASH, free from the statutory right of redemption, homestead, dower, and all other exemptions which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Bradley County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows: The following real estate in the First Civil District of Bradley County, Tennessee, to-wit: Lot Nine (9) of Oak Grove Park as shown on Plat of record in Plat Book 3, page 11, Bradley County Register Office. Said Lot begins at a point in the East line of the East extension of Lakeview Drive 211.4 feet North of the Northeast line of the South extension of Lakeview Drive at a corner common with the Northwest corner of Lot 10, and runs thence North with the East extension of Lakeview Drive, 106 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 8, thence with the South line of Lot 8, East 150 feet to the West line of J.L. Rogers; thence South with Rogers West line 106 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 10 and thence with the North line of Lot 10 West, 150 feet to the beginning. ALSO KNOWN AS: 401 Lakeview Drive SE, Cleveland, Tennessee 37323 The HB 3588 letter was mailed to the borrower(s) pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 35-5-117.
