TO “FILL THE BOOT,” Cleveland City firefighters were at both Wal-Mart locations to collect money for muscular dystrophy all day Friday. From left, firefighter Tim Walker and engineer David Allison were among some of the firefighters who were taking up collections. The firefighters continue filling the boot today from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Every dollar that goes into the boot helps firefighters provide medical treatment and support services to individuals and their families living with neuromuscular diseases in the local area.
