Kelly Perry became the bride of Ryan Alston, both of Cleveland, at an evening ceremony on Dec. 28, 2010, at the home of the bride’s parents, Albert and Jo Perry of Cleveland. She is the granddaughter of Agnes Perry of Saltville, Va., the late Harlan Perry, Lois Ann Rector of Edgewater, Fla., and the late Elmer Rector.

The bridegroom is the son of Sandra Elrod and Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Alston Jr., all of Etowah. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Estiver Jackson and the late Mr. and Mrs. L.B. and Aileen Alston. He is the brother of Jason Alston and Derrick Alston, both of Etowah.

Grant Mayfield, minister, officiated the wedding.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

The couple resides in Cleveland.

Ms. Alston is a 1997 graduate of Bradley Central High School and attended Cleveland State Community College. She is employed by Perry’s Petals. She attends First Christian Church.

Mr. Alston is a 1992 graduate of McMinn Central High School and attended Cleveland State Community College. He is employed by Exel. He attends Victory Outreach.
