She was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include her sons: Brian S. Dobbs of West Virginia and David Dobbs of Dayton; daughters: Susie Napier of West Virginia and Janie Dobbs of Galatin; two grandchildren; and her brother, Billy Turner of California.
