An adult summer reading program, “Between the Covers” will run through Aug. 15. “Night at the Museum” will be shown on July 31 at 7 p.m.

2012 CAPTIVATING FASHION SHOW, a red carpet event, will be Sept. 29 at 11 a.m. at Lee University’s Dixon’s Center. All of the name brand outfits and voguish shoes are from second-hand stores. COMMON THREADS QUILT CLUB will sponsor a quilt show Oct. 12 and 13 at the Mount Olive Church of God FMC building, 3533 Harrison Pike. “Dream Big … Read” summer reading program activities continue with the movie, “Hook,” to be shown at 2 p.m. on Wednesday and Star Gazing Night on Thursday. Everyone is invited to the park across from the library on Lee University’s campus at Eighth and Ocoee streets. Setup will begin at 8:50 p.m. Bring chairs, blankets and your telescopes, if you want. All family members are invited to Cleveland Bradley Community Room to enjoy a movie and popcorn.
