Survivors include his daughters, Rita Lee and Rhonda Combs of Cleveland; one cherished as a daughter, Debi Powers of Cleveland; 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. today, Oct.22, 2012 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastor Dustin Wilds and Pastor Edmon Stallings officiating. Interment will follow in Hopewell Cemetery in Cohutta, Ga. with military honors. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
