Rachel Savannah Callais became the bride of Andrew Bennett, both of Cleveland, in a morning ceremony on Aug. 31, 2013, at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Cleveland, where the bride is a member.

The bride is the daughter of Edwin T. Callais Jr. and Denise Rogers Callais, both of Cleveland. She is the granddaughter of Eddie and Bernice Rogers of Cleveland, the late Dennie Jo Richards Rogers, Edwin T. Callais Sr. of Lafourche Parish, La., and the late Aurelia Marie Callais. She is the sister of Eva Giselle Callais.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lance Bennett of Cleveland. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Bennett of Tylertown, Miss., and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Alford of Columbus, Miss. He is the brother of Blake Bennett of Maryville and Amanda Bennett of Jackson.

The wedding was officiated by the Rev. Jen Newell, pastor of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Nuptial music was presented by Patti Kuhns.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. Mothers of the bridal couple were escorted by Tucker Bentley.

The bride’s sister Eva was flower girl.

The reception was hosted by the couple’s families in the church fellowship hall. Krystal Rogers Miller, the bride’s aunt, Dr. Tonya Lawson, Amy Gilliland Newman and Mindy Gibson Frey assisted and served. April Bentley kept the bride’s book. Photography was provided by the bridegroom's, sister-in-law, Mrs. Blake Bennett, owner of MandaBe Imagery.

The newlywed couple resides in Cleveland.

Mrs. Bennett is a 2012 graduate of Walker Valley High School and attends Cleveland State Community College. Mr. Bennett attended Walker Valley High School and is an engineering student at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
