He achieved this recognition due to his track record for consistently successful operations and his commitment to the concept and brand.

Benton has been delivering freshly baked breads and smiles to the Chattanooga community for the last seven years.
He started his career with Panera Bread in 2006 at the Northgate location before moving to the Gunbarrel location in March of 2007.
Benton has recently moved to the Panera Bread in Cleveland, where he is general manger.
