She was preceded in death by her husband, WR (Kenneth) Finnell; sisters: Jewel Poteet and Bernice Beaty; and twin brother, Billy Prince.
Survivors include her daughters: Susan Finnell King (Tommy) of Houston, Texas, and Cindy Finnell Johnston (Gary) of Kingston; son, Bill Finnell (Beth) of Kingston; seven grandchildren: Alicia Sampson Plemens (Clint), Jeff Woodall (Ashley), Jenny Woodall Owens (Brack), Jon Woodall (Kathy), Corey Finnell Kyle Finnell and Jordan King Lillich (Jordan); and five great-grandchildren; Caitlyn Plemens, Olivia and Fiona Woodall, Carys Owen, and Theo Woodal.
The funeral will be held at 5 p.m. today, Sept. 29, 2013, at the Kyker Funeral Home in Kingston with the Rev. Sue Lynn Johnson and the Rev. Todd Chancy officiating.
Interment will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Kingston Memorial Gardens.
The family extends appreciation to the staff of Wellington Place in Kingston, especially the staff of The Courtyards in Oak Ridge and staff of Avalon Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Knoxville.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home in Kingston.
