KATTIE SANDAVOL, a teacher at Black Fox Elementary School, uses her iPad to enable students to talk to her sister in Uganda. The students also talked to a local boy, and are learning about Uganda's culture and how to speak the Luganda language. Banner Photo, JOYANNA WEBER
