Megan McNulty became the bride of Jess Bowers at an evening ceremony on Dec. 31, 2010, at the home of the bride’s mother, Mary McNulty of Cleveland. She is the daughter also of the late Dr. John McNulty. She is the granddaughter of the late Mrs. Eugene Ageno of Cleveland, and the late Weldon Stirratt. She is the sister of Matthew McNulty of Cleveland and Michael McNulty of Nashville.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Bowers. He is the grandson of the late Alberta Bowers R.N., Dr. James Bowers and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Dawson Mount Rest, S.C. He is the brother of Addie Rae Bowers, also of Mount Rest.

Morty Lloyd, minister, officiated the wedding. The bride was given in marriage by her brothers.

After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple is at home in Seneca, S.C.

Mrs. Bowers is a 2000 graduate of Girl’s Preparatory School in Chattanooga. She is a graduate of Clemson (S.C.) University and is currently enrolled in a master’s program in nurse practitioning there. She is employed as a registered nurse at Oconee Medical Center.

Mr. Bowers is 2002 graduate of Walhalla High School and will graduate with a degree in secondary education from Clemson University in May.
