Her passion was her family and friends. She was famous for her cooking and all the family had the extra weight to prove that.
She attended Parkway Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Gray Jr. and Shirley Trusley Gray; sister, Debbie Whitt; and brother, Paul Gray III.
Survivors include her sons: Randy Phillip Coffelt Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla., and Randall Davis of Cleveland; grandchildren: Riley C. Davis and Randall Coffelt; brothers: Buddy Pardue, Paul N. Gray and Joshua Gray; sisters: Pauletta McFarland, Teresa Doss and Amber Gray; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Tracy Beard.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 21, 2012, at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Pastor Shane Lawson officiating.
Randall Davis, Cameron Maddux, James Wilson, Cory Chamberlain, Jeff Thompson and Steven Davis will serve as pallbearers.
A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Grissom Funeral Home.
