Last summer, more than 120 youth participated in the weeklong series of activities and exercises.
The agency will host youth camps from July 9-13 for children and youth in three categories: elementary, middle and high school. This youthful adventure will provide supervised activities in the areas of golf, tennis, basketball, soccer and chess for both boys and girls. Experienced volunteers have been selected to facilitate meaningful and engaging learning sessions for local youth.
Because CSA is committed to strengthening families within the Cleveland and Bradley County community, parents are welcome to participate as well.
“The programming we are announcing will help to ensure that our youth succeed in school and in their future,” according to a CSA news release.
Each participant will receive information and advisement on local tutoring opportunities.
Snacks will be provided daily. Additionally, T-shirts will be given to each participant free of charge. For more information, call 423-479-4111 or visit the office at 155 6th St. S.E., Cleveland.
