Lance Corporal Dustin Chadwell, USMC, surprised his mother, Melissa Roe, at Cleveland State’s graduation on Saturday by presenting her with her diploma. Chadwell has been stationed in Japan for the past six months and is home on leave. He had asked his mother to record the graduation and send it to him in Japan so he would be able to see her graduate. From left are CSCC President Carl Hite, Roe, and Chadwell.
