Cleveland State Community College is pleased to recognize the talented academic students for the 2012 summer semester. Each semester, those students achieving a 4.0 GPA are recognized by being placed on the president’s list, Cleveland State’s highest academic honor. The vice president for academic affairs will recognize outstanding academic students maintaining a 3.5 to 3.99 grade point average by placing their names on the dean’s list. Those students achieving a 3.0 to 3.49 GPA are recognized by being placed on the Honor Roll. To qualify for these awards, a student must have completed at least 12 credit hours of college-level courses during the term.

summer dean’s list
JOHNSON CITY — East Tennessee State University has announced the names of students who attained a grade point average qualifying them for inclusion in the dean’s list for the summer 2012 session. Callie M. Davis of Cleveland was named on the list. To receive this honor, students must successfully complete a minimum of 12 hours of undergraduate coursework with a GPA of at least 3.7 on a 4.0 scale.
