The Rev. Clyde Painter will lead revival services Oct. 28 through 31 at Cloverleaf Baptist Church.
Pastor the Rev. Johnny Moore said the services will begin at 10 a.m. on Sunday morning and 6 p.m. on Sunday evening.
The Monday through Wednesday services will begin at 7 p.m.
Cloverleaf Baptist Church is located at 2290 Waterlevel Highway.
Blue Springs Baptist to hold fall festival
Blue Spring Baptist Church will hold its fall festival on Sunday, beginning at 1 p.m.
The festival will feature annual barbecue sale, crafts and bake sale, auction and free games and activities for children.
Proceeds will benefit the old Blue Springs School Renovation project.
The public is invited to attend.
Hunter and McCready to be HHE speakers
The weekly His Hands Extended Devotionals are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
The nondenominational gatherings are held from 7 to 7:30 a.m. at Garden Plaza, 3500 Keith St.
The speakers next week will be Beecher Hunter on Tuesday, and Robert McCready on Thursday.
The public is invited to start the morning off with prayer, Scripture and music at the devotionals.
Ministerial Association meets on Oct. 17
The Cleveland Bradley Ministerial Association will hold its next meeting on Oct. 17, 11:30 a.m., at the Cleveland Police Service Center, 100 Church St.
The guest speaker will be Cleveland Mayor Tom Rowland and Chief Wes Snyder.
Trinity Trio will minister in music at Honestville Baptist Church, Ooltewah, Saturday at 6:30 p.m. The benefit will be for missions.
Homecoming will be held at First United Methodist Church, North Ocoee Street, Sunday to celebrate its 175th year. Bob George, historian, will give the history of the church at 9:30 a.m. The morning worship will be a special celebration with a guest preacher, the Rev. Rusty Taylor, speaking. There will be a luncheon following the worhip service with special music.
