“SarahBeth” Ramsey became the bride of “Kyle” Clayton, both of Cleveland, in an evening ceremony on June 4, 2011, at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.

The bride is the daughter of Paul Ramsey and Beth Ramsey, both of Cleveland. She is the granddaughter of Jimmy and Betty Chase of Cleveland, Yolanda Ramsey of Cleveland and the late Clyde Ramsey.

The bridegroom is the son of Steve and Debbie Clayton of Cleveland. He is the grandson of Ina Shults of Cohutta, Ga., the late R.L. Shults and Bill and Evie Lee Clayton of Red Clay, Ga.

The wedding was officiated by Todd Kingrea, pastor of Unicoi United Methodist Church. Nuptial music was provided by Jean Henderson.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. Bridesmaids included the bridegroom’s sister Mollie Clayton of Nashville, Laurel Dunn Gann of Athens, Megan Gowin and Alison Pryor, both of Cleveland, and Sallie Wright Tingle of Macon, Ga.

Steve Clayton of Cleveland, the bridegroom’s brother, served him as best man. Groomsmen were Daniel Hubbard of Knoxville, Adam Murphy of Birmingham, Ala., and Kit Nelson and the bride’s brother Chase Ramsey, both of Cleveland. Hank Harrison of Tunnel Hill, Ga., was ring bearer.

Other children in the wedding party were the bride’s cousins: Camille Houchens, flower girl; and junior bridesmaids, Ruby Houchens and Ellie Houchens, all of Charlottesville, Va.

The reception was given at the home of the bride’s grandparents.
