U.S. CONGRESSMAN JOHN DUNCAN JR., third from right, joined Cleveland Mayor Tom Rowland and first lady Sandra Rowland last Saturday night in Knoxville to honor Cleveland's 2012 Teen Board Presentees. From left are Jake Ramsey, escorting presentee Allison Kimball; Mayor and Mrs. Rowland; Congressman Duncan; and presentee Elizabeth Brooks with her escort Grant Bottoms. Miss Kimball is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Kimball, and Miss Brooks is the daughter of state Representative and Mrs. Kevin Brooks. The girls were chosen to represent Cleveland in the annual Knoxville Teen Board Presentation Ball and joined girls from across the state in the event. Rowland honored the two girls at the annual Mayor's Reception prior to the presentation in Knoxville's Colliseum.
