COLUMBIA, Mo. — Lucia Connolly-Brown of Cleveland was named to the second semester honors dean’s list for the 2012-13 academic year.
A graduate of Cleveland High School, Connolly-Brown is the daughter of Felicity and Lester Brown. Connolly-Brown is a junior Theatrical Costume Design major at Stephens College.
Students who attain honors must have at least 12 credit hours and achieve a 3.6 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

list at Belmont University
NASHVILLE — Chas Covington of Cleveland qualified for the spring 2013 dean’s list at Belmont University.
Covington, the son of Charlie and Kim Covington, is a commercial music major with an emphasis on both music business and performance on electric bass.
Ranked No. 7 in the Regional Universities South category and named for the fifth consecutive year as one of the top “up-and-comer” universities by U.S. News and World Report, Belmont consists of approximately 6,650 students who come from every state and 25 countries. Bryan College dean's list
DAYTON — Area students are among 173 undergraduates named to the Bryan College dean's list for the spring 2013 semester.
Students named to the dean's list included Katie Betts, of Cleveland; (Emanuel) Cullen Conner, son of Tricia Jones of Decatur; Corey Heartfield, son of James Heartfield of Cleveland; Kirstie Jennings, daughter of Tim and Laura Jennings of Decatur; Emily Moon, daughter of David and Alice Moon of Birchwood; Taylor Neuharth, daughter of Diane Neuharth of Cleveland; Clarissa Stewart, daughter of Steve and Lisa Stewart of Cleveland; and Sarah Vest, daughter of Larry and Mead Vest of Cleveland.
Bryan is a Christian liberal arts college offering bachelor's degrees in 20 areas and master's degrees in business administration and Christian studies. The college has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report for 17 consecutive years as being among the Top Tier of Southern liberal arts colleges.
Students earn dean's list recognition by recording a grade average in the top 25 percent of grades by students in the traditional undergraduate program for that semester.
