Beautiful views are just one of the high points of this featured dwelling in south Bradley County. Just off the standard path, it is centrally located to either Hamilton County or Georgetown.

Champion Homes was the builder of this beautiful house at 375 Banberry Drive.

Brick and architectural vinyl were used on the facade of the house, with durable and easy to care for vinyl utilized around the perimeter.

The front yard is landscaped and sod is established. The new dwelling has just been placed on the market.

Sidewalks lead to the front door from the concrete drive and two-car garage. The home has 2,775 square-feet of living space.

Beautiful, rich hardwood was utilized in the foyer, main living area and formal dining area. Wide casings showcase the finish on the walls, which were coated in custom paint colors. The main living area has high ceilings and a gas-log fireplace, which has been neatly finished with a mantel and hearth.

The home has a number of highlighting windows. The formal dining room has chair rail moulding, which was used as a design element, as well as a chandelier and its own custom paint color.

Although custom paint colors were utilized throughout this house, the builders stayed with neutrals for versatility.

Nearby in the galley-style kitchen, rich solid wood cabinetry and granite were utilized. An eat-in bar complete with granite was also constructed in the kitchen.

The house also has an area for a breakfast nook and a large, spacious back yard.

Durable tile was used as the flooring choice for this convenient kitchen. Accent lighting was placed throughout the kitchen as well as in other areas of the home, such as the great room. Large furnishings can be used in this spacious area.

The master bedroom features a tray ceiling and again, architectural windows.

The master walk-in closet is very spacious and has been outfitted with modern storage and hanging amenities.

The master bath features a private water closet, a custom shower and whirlpool garden tub, completed with stone surround.

The counter space was doubled with his-and-hers lavatories, inset into the granite.

Tile was used in the bath area and carpeting placed in the master bedroom area as well as other bedrooms.

The house features three bedrooms and two full baths, and a half-bath on the main level. It also features a bonus room on the second level. The bonus area has not been finished and can be a project for the future homeowners, if extra living space is needed.

The subflooring is down and ductwork for the HVAC system is installed in the bonus area.

The dwelling also has energy-efficient features such as ceiling fans, central heat and air and energy-efficient appliances as well as insulated vinyl windows.

An open house is planned Sunday, from 2 to 4 p.m. For additional information, contact Brenda Richardson at Bender Realty, 423-650-1701.

The home is listed for $299,800.
