Alphonso Pugh and Angela and O'Neal Ware announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Yashema Davis, to Aristotle Huffman, son of Melvin and Virginia Huffman of Chicago, Ill.

The couple will exchange vows in a 4 p.m. ceremony on Aug. 21 at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Edwin “Buck” Davis and Evelyn “Puddin” Davis of Cleveland. She is the sister of Demetra Ware, O’Neal Ware, Cori Pugh, Alphonso Pugh, Kushena Pugh and Tierra Goodine, all of Cleveland.

Ms. Davis is a graduate of Cleveland High School and Jacksonville State University. She is employed at Cleveland Middle School.

The future bridegroom is the brother of Costellano Huffman, Galluto Huffman and Lasheaba Harding, all of Chicago. He attended Knoxville College and is employed by Chattanooga Parks and Recreation.
