Christy Bradley said someone entered her home while she was away and overturned items and tossed clothing in her bedroom.
Bradley didn’t report any missing items and there were no signs of forced entry.
No damage estimate was listed in the report filed by deputy David Harper.
n Deputy Laura Lane responded to a Bridgewater Drive address in reference to a theft from an auto.
According to her report, Karen Moore of Brentwood said she parked her car in her sister’s driveway and when she returned, Moore found someone had taken an Apple iPad and an Apple iPod. Both were in protective covers.
Moore was able to provide serial numbers for the electronic equipment.
According to the report, the missing items were valued at $1,300.
n A pressure washer was reported taken from a Burke Road residence last week.
A report filed by deputy Paul Singleton indicated the pressure washer belonging to Anthony Gibson was taken from his back yard sometime between Oct. 20 and Oct. 23.
The pressure washer was a 7-HP Craftsman brand.
According to the report, the pressure washer was valued at $440.
n Tennessee Highway Patrol will be conducting Drivers License Roadside Safety Checkpoints in Bradley County beginning this weekend.
The checkpoints will be set up in random location in the county.
According to THP officials, checkpoints are an effective means of recognizing the dangers presented to the driving public, by motorists who would violate the drivers license laws of the state.
All scheduled checkpoints are contingent upon weather conditions and manpower availability.
