A softball game between local lawyers and doctors was used in past years to raise money for a variety of charities. The last game was played in 1999.
The game has been revived as one of the fundraisers for Volley for a Cure.
The doctors have challenged the attorneys, according to Zandra Welch, a member of the Volley for a Cure Committee. The doctors plan to raise $3,000 and challenge the attorneys to do the same.
The game will be held on the Lee University sofball field, corner of Parker and 20th streets.
Volley for a Cure T-shirts and pink snacks will be available. Tickets to the game are $5.
