Douglas Franklin Dodd, 66, passed away Friday, March 23, 2012, at Druid City Hospital in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
He was born in Cleveland to the late James Clarence Dodd Sr. and Thelma Bradshaw Dodd. He was also preceded in death by his brother, James “Jim” Clarence Dodd Jr.
He is survived by his daughters: Shannon Dodd of Lawrenceville, Ga., and Ashley (Patrick) Kelly of Asheville, N.C.; four grandchildren; sister-in-law, Patricia Dodd of Cleveland; niece, Lori (Todd) Cozart of Chattanooga; and nephew, Craig Dodd of Atlanta.
Abanks Mortuary & Crematory was in charge of arrangements.
