Edna Mae Harden, 75, a resident of Cleveland, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Saturday morning, June 22, 2013, after a valiant battle with breast cancer.

She was a member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church.

She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She extended kindness to all she met showing the love of Jesus here on earth. She retired with 28 years of service from Bendix and enjoyed traveling in her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Harden; mother, Romaina Powers; father and stepmother, Jewel and Dorothy Prince; sister, Debbie Williams; brother, Ernie Prince; and great-granddaughter, Madison Nelson.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Hardin; sons: Charles and Eric Browder; stepchildren: Teresa Davis and her husband, Curt, Tim Harden, Roger Butler and Ronnie Harden; her sisters: Trudy Farmer and her husband, Billy, Lois Beck and her husband, Clyde, and Beverly Welch; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and many friends.

A Remembrance of Life service was held at 11 a.m. today, June 25, 2013, at the North Ocoee Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Pastor Johnny Moore and the Rev. Anthony Howard officiating.

Interment was in the Hillcrest Cemetery with Chris Fox, Bobby Banks, Chad Davis, Nolan Davis, Caleb Harden and Sean Farmer serving as pallbearers.
