Life Bridges Inc. recently held its employer appreciation luncheon.

Thirteen of the employers who work with Life Bridges were in attendance.

Paul Issom, manager of McDonald’s Restaurant on APD-40, was named the Employer of the Year.

Issom has been working with Life Bridges for more than 19 years by offering work opportunities to adults with disabilities.

One of Issom’s employees and a Life Bridges Service Recipient was Faye Coffee, who has worked for 17 years at McDonald’s.

An appreciation plaque was presented to Issom for his years of service and contribution to Life Bridges. Each employer was presented a certificate of appreciation and provided a lunch as a small token of appreciation for their company’s contributions to individuals with disabilities and Life Bridges.
