Shelley Andrea Williams and Lester J. “L.J.” Falls, both of Cleveland, were united in marriage in an evening ceremony on Sept. 10, 2011, at Westmore Church of God.

The bride is the daughter of Robert Jr. and Andrea Barker Williams of Cleveland. She is the granddaughter of Ruth Williams of Cleveland and the late Bob Williams, and Charles and Joyce Barker of Riceville.

The bridegroom is the son of James and Mary Jane Pierce of Cleveland. He is the grandson of Mary Francis Falls of Cleveland and the late J.D. Falls, and the late Hubert and Sylva Haney. He is the brother of Shauna Cavett, Shane Falls and Josh Pierce, all of Cleveland, Jim Pierce of Mobile, Ala., and Jenney Pierce of Knoxville.

The wedding was officiated by Dr. Edward Williams. Nuptial music was presented by Chloe Prewitt, cousin of the bride, and Randy Sheeks.

The bride was presented in marriage by her parents.

Lori Connatser of Friendsville attended the bride as maid of honor and the bride’s cousin, Lauren Limburg of Cleveland, served as matron of honor

Bridesmaids were Kristin Holloway of Chickamauga, Ga., Brandi Beard, Lindsey Pickett, and Iris Stepp , all of Cleveland.

The bridegroom’s party included in honorarium his late grandfather, Hubert Lester Haney, as best man.

Groomsmen were the bridegroom’s brother-in-law Shaun Cavett, Houston Phillips, Zack Haney and the bride’s cousin Corey Limburg, all of Cleveland, Daniel McAlister of Charleston and Greg Blankenship of Calhoun.

Ushers were cousins of the bridegroom, Logan Melton and Cooper Melton, both of Cleveland.

Children in the wedding party included Taylor Cavett of Cleveland, who was junior bridesmaid, and the bridegroom’s nephews, Drew Cavett and Jordan Cavett, both of Cleveland, as junior groomsmen. Flower girls were Lilly Tribble and Audrey Tribble, both of Murfreesboro. Dylan Moedano of Crossville, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer.

The bride’s cousin, Jessica Parker of Cleveland, kept the guest book.

The reception was given by the parents of the bride at Black Fox Farms. Those serving or assisting were Lugh Lemley and Keith Bessler.

After a wedding trip to Tahiti and Bora Bora, the couple is at home in Cleveland.

Mrs. Williams-Falls is a 2006 graduate of Cleveland High School and was awarded a tennis scholarship to Tennessee Wesleyan College in Athens. She graduated in 2010 with a bachelor of science degree in exercise science and physical education. She is employed by Bradley County Schools and is a member of Westmore Church of God.

Mr. Falls is a 2003 graduate of Walker Valley High School. He graduate from Cleveland State Community College in 2007 with a degree in electrical mechanical engineering. He is employed by Flower’s Foods Corp, LLC. He attends Westmore Church of God.
