She was a member of First Baptist Church of Benton. She was an employee of Benton Family Health Care Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe and Willie Lee Stephens Moats.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Waters; her children: son, Joe Waters and wife, Donna; daughters: Angie Davis and husband, Jamie, and Natalie Didona and husband, Eddie; grandchildren: Madison Waters, Kameron Didona, Dawson Davis, Nate Waters, Braxton Davis, Kinsley Didona, and Gracie Waters; sisters: Roberta Campbell and husband, Roy, and Geraldeane Waters; brother, Bill Moats and wife, Louetta; sister-in-law, Joan Beasley; brother-in-law, Gary Beasley; and niece, Jenny Beasley.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2012, at First Baptist Church of Benton with Dr. Robert Speights and the Rev. Allan Lawhorn officiating.
Interment will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Benton Memorial Gardens with Rick Smith, Shane Burris, Beau Kirkpatrick, Jeff Swanson, Jamie Davis, and Eddie Didona serving as pallbearers. Her grandsons will serve as honorary pallbearers.
A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 this evening at First Baptist Church prior to the service.
