Frances Marie Stonecipher Gentry, 67, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2010, in a Chattanooga hospital.

The last 18 months of her life were filled with great joy as she cared for her great-grandson, Brendan.

She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and aunt and she will be missed greatly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J.R. and Ruby Lee Lackey Stonecipher; and brother, Johnny Stonecipher.

Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Baker and son-in-law, Paul, of Cleveland; granddaughter, Kara Brinkman of Cleveland; grandsons, Lee Baker and wife, Ashley, and Michael Baker and wife, Jennifer, all of Harrison; great-grandsons: Brendan Brinkman, Caleb Baker, Gabriel Torres Baker and Noah Torres Baker; sister-in-law, Betty Stonecipher; nieces: Donna White, Sandra Ledford and husband, Jamie; great-nieces and great-nephews: Trusann Trotter, Chase Watson, Brad Watson, Lindsey White and Sierra Ledford; and several great-great-nieces and nephews, all of Cleveland.

The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 12, 2010, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Gravley officiating.

A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 this evening at the funeral home.
