I would like to see handicapped placards much larger, as this would eliminate some drivers who do not remove them from their rear-view mirrors when driving.
Any object hanging from a mirror can cause accidents because of vision impairment.
And if the placards are larger, the expiration date could be larger print so everyone can see if they are expired.
I often observe cars parked in a handicapped space with expired placards.
The fines for violators should be raised for better compliance.
