Emily Brooke Headrick of Knoxville will become the bride of Brandon Joseph Hall of Maryville in a 6 p.m. ceremony on June 23 at Sampson’s Hollow in Walland.

The engagement is announced by the bride-elect’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Headrick of Gadsden, Ala. The future bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joey Hall of Cleveland.

Miss Headrick is the granddaughter of Henry Ozment of Gadsden, the late Mary Ozment, Katherine Headrick of Gadsden , the late Mr. and Mrs. Joe Headrick and the late Mr. and Mrs. Theo Steed. She is the sister of the late Joe Headrick II.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Gadsden High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Alabama with a bachelor of science degree. She earned her master of science degree from the University of Tennessee in 2007 where she is currently a student studying for her educational science degree. She is employed by Tennessee School for the Deaf.

Miss Headrick is a member of Christ Covenant Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Hall is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Smith of Cleveland, the late Wilburn Garrett and the late Geraldine Hall. He is the brother of Tyler Hall of Cleveland.

The future bridegroom is a 2001 graduate of Bradley Central High School and a 2005 graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a bachelor of science degree. He is employed by Denso Manufacturing and is a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church.
