The bride is the daughter of Doy and Delores Owens of Cleveland. She is the granddaughter of Faye Florence of Gadsden and the late Robert Florence, the late Lucille Costley and the late Allen Owens.
The bridegroom is the son of Robin Hendon Ford of Gadsden and the late William Barry Hendon. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Copeland and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hendon, all of Gadsden.
The wedding was officiated by Pastor Steve Davidson from First Baptist Church of Sellersburg, Ind. The bridegroom wrote and performed the nuptial music.
The bride was presented in marriage by her father. Cortney Wheeler of Cleveland was her matron of honor. Her cousin Dana Womac of Knoxville and the bridegroom’s sister, Heather Carlisle of Pell City, Ala., were bridesmaids.
The bridegroom was served by Adam Clark of Gadsden as best man. His brothers, Tyler Hendon of Gadsden and Andrew Hendon of Muldraugh, Ky., were groomsmen.
The reception was given by the couple’s parents at the Senior Activity Center. Freida Womac, Lori Palmer, Debbie Davidson and Diane Poteet assisted and served.
After a wedding trip to Fripp Island, S.C., the newlywed couple is at home in Spring Hill.
