Holly Belinda Green Anderson, 51, a resident of Cleveland, passed away in a Collegedale health care facility.
She was the daughter of the late Bonita Beckler Green and Hughie Green. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Ed Anderson.
She was a 1978 graduate of Bradley Central High School. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Covenant College. She worked in health care for 30 years. She worked for EMT in Atlanta, Ga., Volunteer Fire Department, Station 3 in Catoosa County, Ga. and she retired from Woods Memorial Hospital in Etowah as a head technician.
She enjoyed the outdoors. She helped coach baseball and softball. She was a huge Tennessee Vol Football Fan.
She was a member of the Cookson Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Timmy Anderson of Cleveland; daughters: Jill McCutcheon and her husband, Matt, of Maysville, Ga., Michelle Terry of Tunnel Hill, Ga.; sons: Caleb Terry of Tunnel Hill and Eric Anderson and his wife, Mandy of Smyrna; her grandchildren: Champ McCutcheon of Maysville and Eli Anderson of Smyrna; mother-in-law, Ruth Anderson of Cleveland; sister-in-law, Faye Simcox and her husband, Larry, of Cleveland; brother-in-law, Ray Anderson and his wife, Donna, of Cleveland; uncle, Robert Beckler and his wife, Hinky, of Ocoee; and several nieces and nephews.
The Remembrance of Life service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, at the Wildwood Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes with the Rev. Mike Rymer officiating.
Interment will follow in the Dill Cemetery in Polk County with Eric Anderson, Ray Anderson, Randy Lawson, Mitchell Beckler, Matt McCutcheon and David Reynolds serving as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeff Reynolds and Jason Reynolds.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 this evening at the funeral homes.
