Christy Crowe became the bride of Jason Humberd, both of Cleveland, in a June 12, 2010, ceremony at First United Methodist Church of Tellico Plains.

The bride is the daughter of Doug and Betty Crowe of Tellico Plains. She is the granddaughter of Bud and Patsy Crowe of Tellico Plains and the late Fred and Betty Riddle. The bridegroom is the son of Scott and Debbie Humberd of Cleveland. He is the grandson of Sue Humberd of Cleveland and the late Bill Humberd, Geneva Ewing of Cleveland and the late William R. Ewing, William Sullivan Jr. of Seymour and the late Eula Sullivan.

The afternoon wedding was officiated by the Rev. Bill Clark, pastor of the First United Methodist Church. Nuptial music was provided by Hope Rising Band and Debbie Clark, along with the bridal couple.

Flower girls were Ashkyn west of East Ridge and Juliette Keller of Chattanooga. Taylor Brown of Vonore was ring bearer.

The bridal reception was given by the aunts of the bride at the church.

After a wedding trip to St. Johns Island in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the couple is at home in Cleveland.
