The Retired Ministers and Widows Association of the Cleveland Chattanooga area will meet Tuesday, at 10 a.m. at Ooltewah Church of God. They will feature talent and singing from the group that is in attendance. A covered-dish meal will be served in the church fellowship hall following the meeting.

The Meigs County Citizens for Animal Rights and Education will have a spay and neuter day on Feb. 13 at Piggly Wiggly in Decatur. Dogs are $50 and cats $40. An appointment is necessary. Call 423-334-9451 for reservations. Rabies shots are $12, unless current vaccine proof available.
