The Southern Appalachian Back Country Horsemen will meet Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Tri-State Exhibition Center. Bill Jones a Forest Plant Pathologist from the Forest Health Protection Division in Asheville, N.C. will present the program on the various plants found in the Cherokee National Forest.
