TRAFFIC ENTERING Interstate 75 southbound at Exit 33 was slowed Tuesday while hazardous material crews offloaded diesel fuel from an overturned 18-wheeler’s fuel tanks. The driver was reportedly hauling aluminum coils from Alcoa to Tampa, Fla., according to Tennessee Highway Patrol reports. Troopers Nathan Aly and Phillip Reagan are in charge of the investigation. Traffic at mile marker 32 on northbound I-75 was slowed hours later, after another crash.
