Recently appointed field director of the Caribbean, Charles previously served as overseer of the British Virgin Islands as well as pastor of the Church of God International Worship Center on Tortola.
Bishop Charles began preaching at age 16 and has served the Tortola congregation since 1989.
Under his guidance, the church experienced growth from 125 to 700 people, and the church continues to expand.
He credits missionaries Robert and Jeanette Cary for helping develop his ministry.
Charles will share a powerful story of how the Carys came to his rescue at a very young and impressionable age.
