Jannie Mosley, 60, a resident of Charleston, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2014, at the family residence with her family by her side.
She was a member of United Pentecostal Church of Cleveland, where she was a beloved Sunday school teacher. She was a 1972 graduate of Bradley Central High School. She retired from Life Care of Cleveland after 12 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Lott; daughter, Angela Jacobs and aunt, Gladys Hurst.
She is survived by her husband, James D. Mosley Sr. of Charleston; mother, Lorene Lott of Cleveland; three children: Salinena Sizemore and husband, Trey, of Calhoun, Rhonda Bandy and husband, Stephen, of Cleveland and Norman Jacobs and wife, Angie, of Athens; five stepchildren: James Mosley Jr. of Cleveland, Paul Mosley of Nebraska, Mark Mosley of Montana, Scott Mosley of Idaho, and Krista Mosley of Nebraska; 17 grandchildren; one sister, Brenda Lott Kendricks and one brother, Timothy Lott, both of Cleveland.
The funeral will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, July 3, 2014, at United Pentecostal Church with Pastors William Robinson and James V. Coombs officiating.
Interment will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
