John Lee Penn, 66, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2012, in a Chattanooga hospital.
He was the owner and operator of Postal Things Inc.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Penn and Arloene Noble Penn.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy E. Penn, of Cleveland; stepchildren: Angela Merrill of Durham, Maine, Joshua Adam McQuinn and Icy Christina Cope, both of Cleveland; and three sisters: Avalene Braden of Kettering, Ohio, Sharon Braden of Santee, Calif., and Joann Dunham and husband, Wendell, of Dayton, Ohio.
A gathering of friends will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2012, at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial be made to the Southern Appalachian Back Country Horseman of Tennessee, 423-253-6403.
