He attended Heneger Baptist Church.
He was owner and operator of Rymers Truck Service. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Vietnam. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 81 and VFW Post 2598.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Ricky Morgan; and two sisters: Sandy Morgan and Cathy Morgan.
Survivors include his wife, Susie Rymer of Charleston; father and stepmother, John and Gail Morgan of Cleveland; children: Cindy Walker and husband, Steve, of Charleston, Jody Rymer of Charleston, S.C. and Matthews Adams of Turtletown; stepdaughter, Jennifer Gonzalez of Baltimore, Md.; three grandchildren: Addisen Walker, Jacob Rymer and Trista Rymer; two sisters: Joann Morris and Tiffany Hampton, both of Cleveland; and one brother, Randy Morgan of Dallas, Texas.
The funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013, in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Ellis officiating.
The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the service time Saturday at the funeral home.
