She was a native of Bradley County, but spent many years working for an office with the federal government in Atlanta.
While working in Atlanta, she was a member of East Side Baptist Church in Stockbridge, Ga.
Since returning to Cleveland, she has been a member of Waterville Baptist Church and has been as active as her health would allow.
She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Moss; mother, Ruth McClure Moss; and an infant brother.
She is survived by an aunt, Jo McClure Wills; many cousins and some very special friends who were a great comfort when her health began to fail.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today, May 20, 2012, in the chapel of Grissom Funeral Home with the Rev. Allan Lovelace officiating.
Interment will follow in Hilcrest Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Glen Williams, Bill Moss, Michael Mach, Andy Wills, Bill McClure and William Austin will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. today at the funeral home prior to the service.
