Melissa Locke of Georgetown and Greg Kaylor of Charleston exchanged wedding vows in an 11:11 p.m. ceremony on Nov. 11, 2011, at Market Street Manor in Charleston.

The bride is the mother of Sarah Beth and Zack Locke of Georgetown. She is the daughter of Tommy and Genean Wright of Cleveland and Bob and Kim Dockery of Tellico Plains. She is the granddaughter of Bill and Jane Hedden of Athens and Loeta Dockery of Tellico Plains. She is the sister of Chris Headrick of Cleveland and Brandy Payne of Georgetown.

Mrs. Kaylor is a graduate of Cleveland High School, Cleveland State Community College and Bryan College. She studied business law at Nashville School of Law and Louisiana State University. She is employed by Independent Healthcare Properties as human resources director for 17 Morning Pointe communities and is a member of Candies Creek Baptist Church.

The bridegroom is the father of Jennifer Hawkins of Cleveland. He is the son of Don and Barbara Kaylor. He is the brother of Keli Eichholtz of Knoxville.

Mr. Kaylor is a graduate of Bradley Central High School and attended Cleveland State Community College. He is employed by the Cleveland Daily Banner and is a member of Bethel Baptist Tabernacle.

The wedding was officiated by State Rev. Eric Watson. Nuptial music was provided by Jamie Higdon of Nashville, who served also as an honor attendant to the bride. Mary Frances McDaniel was also an honor attendant.

Michelle Baker of Riceville attended the bridegroom.

The reception was given by David and Kelli Bilyeu at the Market Street Manor. Patty Patterson assisted.

The couple will reside in Charleston.
